How Does Self Hypnosis Work?

Here’s an example of how it feels. Close your eyes and imagine that you ate at your favorite place, look at the surroundings. Feel the temperature of the place, be aware of the colors, listen for sounds. Is there anyone else there? Just be there in your favorite place for a few minutes….Now open your eyes. It felt just like you were there, didn’t it? Were you there? No.
